​Qinotto is a central nervous system (CNS) focused biopharmaceutical company discovering next-generation transport vehicles to deliver large molecule therapeutics to the brain. Our proprietary blood-brain barrier (BBB) platform QinoTrans has led to the discovery of new targets that enable CNS delivery of large molecules, traditionally restricted by the BBB.

 

Proprietary, engineered antibody-based vehicles binding these new BBB targets leverage endogenous pathways to deliver therapeutic payloads. We are pursuing the discovery of first in class brain delivery vehicles that will be the foundation for a pipeline of best in class CNS products.
